Robin, June and Politics

both of us "Don't Know" or "Floating Voter" is the best way to describe the politics of June and myself.

Until recently the front page of www.nhscare.info could honestly say, "Robin and his family have no political affiliations whatsoever". However, Scott is about to marry Saskia, one of our three daughters, and Scott is Chairman of the Young Conservatives of our area. This means that June and I have recently started to attend a few social meetings of the Conservative Party, such as the occasional Quiz Evening.

June and I remain true "floating voters" and have no idea how we might vote, if we do, at the next election.

I decided it might be wise to set up this page to avoid confusion and assist my talking to all political parties in a similar manner. June and I come from families with different political beliefs, but our parents always encouraged us to think for ourselves. The same applies to our children.

You can read letters from myself to the three major parties, and the analysis of their reply, on my mother's case page.
